Refund & Returns Policy

At Shaheen Dawakhana, every herbal medicine is prepared with care, authenticity, and in accordance with traditional Unani principles. Due to the nature of herbal and customized products, we follow a fair and transparent refund and return policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our medicines.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • The product is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (clear images or video) may be required for verification

❌ Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or consultation-based herbal medicines

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Refunds are issued as partial or full, depending on the situation

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or agreed alternative

Please allow 5–7 working days for refund processing after approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Customized or prepared medicines cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
